According to survey by OnStride Financial, it takes an average of 26 minutes for the British to fall asleep at night. For about 13% of respondents, it takes longer than 45 minutes.

We asked 2,000 UK men and women of ages 18 and over to complete a survey based around bedtime, to find out if there’s anything worth being so worried about that it deprives us of much-needed sleep, and to make some recommendations on how to get that lost time back.
