As “pleasant dreams” are indicators of a restful, meaningful night’s (or days) sleep; there are Disorders of the brain which are directly relative to one not having a good and restful sleep period. According to the American Psychiatric Association, more than 20 million Americans suffer from some type of sleep disorder. This ranges from about 60% of our population who report experiencing Insomnia at least one night per week; to the many who experience Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy, Sleep Walking (Somnambulism), and Night Terror.
