Previously available only as part of a kit, the disposable surface electrodes are now sold individually to offer clinicians greater flexibility in diagnostic workflows.

Key takeaways:

  • Dymedix FlexPro Biopotential Electrodes are now available as a stand-alone product, having previously been exclusive to the CompletePlus Disposable PSG Setup Kit.

  • The electrodes support a wide range of applications, including PSG, EMG, EOG, and ECG.

  • Designed with a conductive gel and distinctive shape, the electrodes aim to minimize respiratory and movement artifacts for stable signaling.

  • The move to individual sale allows healthcare providers to customize their inventory and diagnostic setups.

Dymedix Diagnostics has released its FlexPro Biopotential Electrodes as a standalone product. Previously available exclusively as part of the Dymedix CompletePlus Disposable PSG Setup Kit, the electrodes are now available for individual purchase.

FlexPro Biopotential Electrodes are fully disposable, self-adhesive surface electrodes featuring a conductive gel optimized for signal acquisition. Designed for use in a wide range of diagnostic applications, FlexPro supports polysomnography (PSG), surface electromyography (EMG), electrooculography (EOG), electrocardiography (ECG), EEG mastoid process reference (M1, M2, A1, A2), and patient reference/iso-ground.

According to the company, the electrodes’ distinctive shape and adhesive properties provide stability, particularly when used as mastoid reference electrodes.

“FlexPro is a convenient, reliable, and highly stable disposable surface electrode that can increase efficiency, decrease labor, and improve overall signal quality from artifacts in a wide range of both sleep and neurodiagnostic testing procedures,” says Troy Pridgeon, vice president of business development at Dymedix Diagnostics, in a release.

The product is now available for individual purchase to offer healthcare providers greater flexibility and convenience in their diagnostic workflows.
