Artist Clare Dudeney is the curator of upcoming show In Dreams, which examines what our dreams reveal about our subconscious mind, reports inews.

Little did I know when I started on this journey that a year later, I would have my brain scanned in an MRI machine, talk to pioneering sleep scientists, tell a psychoanalyst my most personal dreams and that it would all culminate in an exhibition featuring 20 international artists on the subject of dreams in central London next week.

I knew I needed to start with capturing my own dreams. This can be tricky. Although we all dream, most of us quickly forget them, so the first challenge was remembering. I was advised that to do this you need to say “remember my dreams” before you sleep.
