I was an initial Australian shareholder of Mergenet going back more than a decade. I made contact with them when visiting the States back in 2014. Communications with the organisation has been very poor. Going through recent notices, I see that a dividend was issued in 2017. No one has contacted me about this. Who is getting the benefits of investors monies???
The deadline for the dividend has been extended. Contact Pacific Stock Transfer or the company for more details. A letter was sent to your Clanemont, WA post office box and an email sent to the bigpond.com address. Regards, Mergenet Solutions Public Relations
You will be sent an email of the letter that was sent to you. The Dividend has been extended. Regards, Mergenet PR
same as above I have not gotten a notification or any information regarding the sale,I have called the company at least twice with no response..not to mention any distribution of any proceedings…..
They sold shares in a boiler room in the early days. I bought shares in Mergenet Solutions. They had my enail addresses, and contacted me many times on company progress by enail during the dividend period, but they never contacted concerning a dividend, so didn’t recieve a paayment. They still seem to be scammers. Surprised someone hasn’t caught up with these scammers.
I bought shares with Mergernet in 2001 and 2002. It has been 20 years now and have not heard of a dividend. what are the shares worth now as i am in retirement mode and would like to sell my shares. Please let me know
