I was an initial Australian shareholder of Mergenet going back more than a decade. I made contact with them when visiting the States back in 2014. Communications with the organisation has been very poor. Going through recent notices, I see that a dividend was issued in 2017. No one has contacted me about this. Who is getting the benefits of investors monies???

They sold shares in a boiler room in the early days. I bought shares in Mergenet Solutions. They had my enail addresses, and contacted me many times on company progress by enail during the dividend period, but they never contacted concerning a dividend, so didn’t recieve a paayment. They still seem to be scammers. Surprised someone hasn’t caught up with these scammers.
I bought shares with Mergernet in 2001 and 2002. It has been 20 years now and have not heard of a dividend. what are the shares worth now as i am in retirement mode and would like to sell my shares. Please let me know
