The American Sleep Apnea Association (ASAA) has declared March 6 Sleep Apnea
Awareness Day. This date lands in the middle of National Sleep Awareness
Week, March 3-8, 2008, a 5-day event held each year by the ASAA to educate
and raise awareness on sleep apnea.

Plans for an event in Washington, DC to premiere the organization’s latest
video are underway. The completed video, shot in high definition, will run
10 minutes and will be available on DVD. The prologue and epilogue will be
usable for television public service announcements. The current video
