Due to a high prevalence of sleep apnea worldwide, the global sleep apnea diagnostic and therapeutic devices market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.16% from 2014 to 2019, says research firm TechNavio.
“Several organizations like the American Sleep Apnea Association and the National Sleep Foundation are helping people with the condition improve their sleep,” says Faisal Ghaus, TechNavio vice president, in a release.
The latest report by TechNavio also emphasizes the high adoption of home sleep testing devices. “Home testing devices are more cost-effective than any in-lab sleep study and, hence, are expected to positively influence the market growth through the projected period,” says Ghaus.
