The 6th World Congress on Sleep Medicine took place from March 21 to 21, 2015, in Seoul. Over 2,000 people attended from 58 countries. Of those, 1,077 were delegates, 302 were fellows/residents, 279 were exhibitors, 208 were students, 173 were technologists, 17 were companions, 10 were staff, and 4 were press.
Asia was the home continent for the majority of attendees, with 70% attending from this region. Second was Europe at 14%, then North America (11%), Australia and South America (both at 2%), and Africa (1%).
World Sleep 2017 is scheduled for October 6 to 11, 2017 at Prague, Czech Republic.
