The medical device company’s new strategy focuses on acquiring and partnering with sleep specialty medical providers, driving revenue growth and a path toward positive cash flow.

Key takeaways:

  • Vivos Therapeutics reported a 16% increase in full-year 2025 revenue.
  • The company shifted its business strategy from training dentists to forming alliances with and acquiring sleep specialty medical providers and sleep testing centers.
  • Revenue growth was driven by the ramp-up of sleep testing services and the integration of The Sleep Center of Nevada.

Vivos Therapeutics Inc reported its financial results and operating highlights for the full year ended Dec 31, 2025, noting a 16% increase in revenue driven by a strategic pivot in its business model.

The company’s 2025 results reflect a steady decrease in its prior focus on enrolling and training dentists to sell its proprietary obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) treatments. Instead, Vivos’ new business strategy centers on contractual alliances with and outright acquisitions of sleep specialty medical providers, sleep testing centers, and similar entities.

“2025 was a pivotal year for Vivos. We grew full-year revenue by 16%, maintained gross margin despite significant investment, driven primarily by the continued ramp of our sleep testing services and the integration of The Sleep Center of Nevada,” says Kirk Huntsman, chairman and CEO at Vivos, in a release. “While our operating loss reflects the upfront investments in this new model, we believe these actions, together with recent significant cost-savings initiatives and strengthened capital structure, position Vivos to drive higher top-line growth, better contribution margins, and a clear path toward our goal of cash flow positive operations by the end of this year.”

Vivos develops diagnostic and treatment methods for patients with breathing and sleep issues related to dentofacial abnormalities. Its Complete Airway Repositioning and Expansion (CARE) devices have received clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating severe OSA in adults and moderate-to-severe OSA in children ages 6 to 17.

Through its new model of commercial collaborations and acquisitions, Vivos aims to empower healthcare providers to address the complex needs of OSA patients more thoroughly using its proprietary, noninvasive Vivos Method.
