DW Healthcare Partners (DWHP), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, has invested in SoClean Inc of Oxford, Mass.
SoClean offers a direct-to-consumer in-home cleaning device for CPAP machines.
Andrew Carragher, co-Founder and Managing Partner of DWHP, says in a release, “SoClean has revolutionized the way that CPAP machines are cleaned. We are excited to back a product that provides such substantial value to its users.”
Robert Wilkins, CEO of SoClean, says, “We believe that DWHP is the ideal partner to take SoClean to the next level. We believe an aggressive growth strategy can provide improved health worldwide to those suffering from OSA.”
We are hoping that this investment will lower the costs of the SoClean. This way more people will be able to afford to keep their sleep therapy equipment clean.
