For the sixth consecutive year Rhythmlink has been awarded a spot on the “Best Places to Work in South Carolina” list, placing 26th in the Small/Medium Employer category. The list, compiled by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, Best Companies Group, and SCBIZ, recognizes companies from across the state, resulting in a final list of the 70 most innovative and top-notch employers.

“It’s an honor to have been named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for the sixth year in a row,” says Michael O’Leary, chief operating officer of Rhythmlink, in a release. “We strive for a culture of collaboration and open communication, where both our employees and our customers feel valued and heard. We are grateful for the contributions our employees make to help us achieve this goal. They are the greatest asset Rhythmlink has and will continue to drive our success.”

Companies from across the state entered the 2-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The ranked companies were recognized at a reception and dinner, presented by Colonial Life, on August 3, 2017. The final rankings will be published in the August 2017 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
