The 67-year-old man pleaded guilty last month to homicide by vehicle, a third-degree felony, reports The Morning Call.
The crash happened around 8:25 a.m. on June 23, 2017, about a mile south of Gun Club Road in Lynn Township, near the Schuylkill County border.
Chief Deputy District Attorney V. Paul Bernardino said previously that Mannon’s sport utility vehicle was travelling north in the southbound lane of Route 309 at about 50 mph when it collided head-on with a car headed south.
