Dr Carmel Harrington tells Coach about what actually drives her insatiable appetite for sleep knowledge: the legacy of her two-year-old son Damien who died tragically in his sleep in 1990.

With her science background, Dr Harrington sought medical opinions about SIDS and was disheartened by how little many of the experts seemed to know about why it actually happened.

“No one could tell me why my healthy baby boy had died,” she says.
