Researchers have argued for years that not sleeping enough is the cause of many serious consequences, both physiologically and mentally. Although losing a few hours of sleep here and there probably won’t seriously impact your health, if running on a couple hours has become the norm, it’s probably time to assess your schedule and make some changes.
