Humans are wired to sleep at night, not during the day. Work schedules interfere with that rhythm and can cause problems, reports York Daily Record.

Lamar Miller, a quality control inspector for ESAB Welding and Cutting Products in Penn Township, works from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

He spends his nights making sure products are up to his company’s standards for size, labeling and packaging, he said.
