Bloomberg reports Blue Cross Blue Shield sued five pharmaceutical companies on Wednesday, claiming in federal court that they conspired to overcharge for a narcolepsy drug.
The antitrust lawsuit targets affiliates of Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC, Endo International PLC, Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC, Jazz Pharmaceuticals PLC, and Lupin Ltd.
