This is an absolutely horrific place full of abusive people who answer the phone that are scamming people. i called with extreme urgency that i needed a machine (i never said i was not sending my records) and he rudely screamed at me to send my records or he would not work with me. he was also extremely cold, extremely unempathetic when i told him my machine broke and that i was poor and unemployed and i had three high risk, underlying conditions in relation to the pandemic and had lost seven family members to covid. i spent hours to get my records sent in and they did nothing to help me. please do not go here. these people are scheisters and extremely horrific. i called repeatedly after he was rude and abusive and they never called back. then when i called and they answered one day they yelled at me for calling on that day b/c they said they were closed. i think they are out to get your money and nothing else. they are not reputable and they did not even call me back!!!
Repap.com is a horrible group that takes your money and sends you whatever they have laying around not what you ordered. When you call to get an issue resolved they yell at you on the phone and tell you that machine is close to what you ordered just take that one. If you want the one you ordered we will have to charge you a restocking fee. Do NOT use them. They are listed on the BBB in Nevada as Sleep Safe Solutions .. I have filed a complaint and if you have had issues you should too.
My experience was completely different than the other reviews I read. I placed my order on Thursday evening. I received a confirmation email immediately. Then, I received a confirming call from a very pleasant representative on Friday. Today is Monday, and my travel CPAP arrived. Exactly what I ordered, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
