To set up I had to sync a dozen times before it actually worked. The information about your sleep is limited to AHI, time asleep each day and mask fit. It’s nice to see it charted out, but I thought there would be so much more info…

I hate this machine. I am getting very little sleep. They keep telling me if I dont get in compliance it will cost me $1000.00 I hate this piece of shit. My therapist is always in a hurry and I don,t know how to operate it.
I feel the same way. I’ve been using this thing for two weeks, and I haven’t had a good night’s sleep yet. I keep waking up and having to get a drink of water because my mouth is so dry. I use up most of the water, too.
I check to see if I’ve hit the 4 hours every morning and then I pull it off and finally get some sleep.
They can have it back if I’m not doing it right!
Started machine at 5 oclock am and stopped machine at 11 oclock am. 6 hours total
Machine showed a total of 3.4 hours being on.
Dec. 3, 2018 Hours shold have matched. Why didn’t they?
I have been on this cpap machine 1 yr. I get to 4 hrs or less and take it off. My mouth sometimes is dry , I have like a cold sneezing and feel something is not rite. So tired not getting any rest. Thank you if can help me.
You may have to increase the air pressure so that it can carry more moisture from the water in the humidifier that the machine has.
I can’t exhale against a pressure of 5, and deep inhalation and exhaling are physically impossible, and I tear the mask of gasping for air. I get some benefit from a loose fit, but the app feedback shows a fit if 3-4%, which is non-compliant. While mending from months of breathing difficulty from dozens of pulmonary embolisms, this experience is especially horrible.
Picked up the machine yesterday morning and spent all afternoon trying to tie it in to my computer with no luck- HELP!!!
I have used the unit successfully for some time now. The mask fit is important, my first attempt a few years ago didn’t go well because of poor mask fit, now the full face soft pad works extremely well and I’m very satisfied with the unit. Granted, it is somewhat uncomfortable but it is the price I have to pay for smoking for almost 40 years. My breathing during the day is shallow so there you have it I do feel better rested. I would like to know what the different things mean but i’m Having a challenge finding out what they are

I’ve used the Dreammaker app since February, but it stopped working in early December 2018. Initially there were delays, and they it stopped working completely after December 20. I’ve made several calls to the support line over the past 3 weeks, and each time I’ve been told that they are working on “delays” and that I should try refreshing the data in a few days. At this point it no longer refreshes.
How do you clear out old messages? I hate going in and checking my mask fit etc. And having an old message from a month ago still on the app. Then you close the app and the a dream mapper notification is on your phone. Everything else is working great. That just bugs the hell out of me. I know, petty but that’s one of my pet peeves.
Does not work with android phone and they can’t correct the problem.They keep telling people that they are working on it.If you have a iPhone you will have no problem with the app
Can not use the app. It says my password is not good but will not allow me to change it . I’m going to ask my doctor to get me a cap that will allow me to see what it is doing.
