SleepWorks and MedBridge Home Medical recently completed the acquisition of IntegraSleep and the CPAP division of Active Healthcare, together operating as the Sound Sleep Institute, an integrated, nationally-recognized program providing diagnostic sleep testing, CPAP equipment, and CPAP supplies for patients with sleep disorders. This transaction brings together four companies operating in and around Raleigh, NC.
