Consumer awareness nonprofit Project Sleep launches an international “SleepIn” to raise awareness about sleep health and sleep disorders during National Sleep Awareness Week.

On the weekend of March 6-8, 2015, Project Sleep challenges participants to stay in bed for 12 to 48 hours and ask your friends and family to join or donate to support Project Sleep.

“Whether you are a sleepy teen, person with a sleep disorder, supporter, sleep professional, or sleep enthusiast, your SLEEP IN matters. Let’s make PEACE with SLEEP!” founder Julie Flygare intones.

Project Sleep will be in bed that weekend, empowering sleep advocates around the world via twitter chats, Google hangouts, and social media (#SleepIn).
