Goss told the investigating officer he did not remember assaulting the girl, having an argument with his wife, locating his vehicle keys and driving several miles away from his home, reports the Stillwater (Oklahoma) News Press.

The officer made contact with Matthew’s ex-wife, who said she had been in a romantic relationship with Matthew for nine years. The woman said Matthew was “a very heavy sleeper but did not sleep walk, talk in his sleep, or force her to have sex with him while he was asleep.” She also said he was very quiet when sleeping, not easily disturbed, did not kick or hit in his sleep and did not even snore, the affidavit reads.
