In a sleep poll, 80 percent of women say that when they experience sleepiness during the day, they just accept it and keep going.

Despite being frequently tired, women don’t head to bed earlier. Instead they watch TV, do chores, spend time with kids and other family members, surf the Internet or do work, according to the National Sleep Foundation.
