Sleeping in on the weekends could make insomnia worse, reports the Mirror.

Dr Shelby Harris, a sleep expert and psychologist, told Radio 4’s Women’s Hour: “If you wake early, then try to do something with that that rather than lying in bed awake until later. “If you’re lying in bed, awake, then it could lead to you developing insomnia.”
