Amy J. Aronsky, DO, FAASM, a board-certified pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine specialist has joined Sleep Review‘s editorial advisory board. Sleep Review‘s editorial advisory board consists of prominent private practitioners and academics who provide the editorial team with insight into the latest trends and controversies in sleep medicine.

Aronsky is also board certified in behavioral sleep medicine. She has 16 years of clinical experience in sleep medicine and DME. Currently, she serves as medical director for CareCentrix, Hartford, Conn, where she oversees utilization management and clinical policy development. She was previously medical director for quality for the state of Pennsylvania and she has worked with CMS to develop alternate payment models. Aronsky continues her long-standing participation in the American Medical Association Current Procedure Terminology (CPT) and Relative Value Scale Update (RUC) committees, where she serves as primary advisor. She previously served as a director for American Academy of Sleep Medicine. She is also pursuing her MBA.
