Nihon Kohden has been recertified as a great workplace by the Great Place to Work Institute.

“It is an honor to receive this recertification for the third consecutive year, as it is based on direct employee feedback. It is a true testament to the company’s dedication to its staff, and especially notable given the rapid expansion of the company in the past three years,” says Betzy Estrada, vice president of human resources and chief compliance executive of Nihon Kohden America, in a release. “Nihon Kohden is committed to maintaining a rewarding and fulfilling culture both professionally and personally.”

Nihon Kohden’s recertification was based on anonymous feedback by current employees on the quality of the company’s challenges, atmosphere, rewards, pride, communication, and leadership. A summary of the company’s ratings is published online.

Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of Best Workplace List Research at Great Place to Work, says, “Employees here cite many reasons for their happiness, including pride in the company’s exceptional products and robust services; challenging, interesting projects; welcoming, caring colleagues—all of which are elements that foster a positive, productive work environment.”
