LifeSync’s CEO says the company’s acquisition by Amphenol marks an “incredible milestone.”
LifeSync, marketers of patient monitoring connections including neurodiagnostic products used by sleep disorders centers, has been acquired by Amphenol, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of electrical, electronic, and fiber optic connectors and interconnect systems, antennas, sensors, and sensor-based products and coaxial and high-speed specialty cable.
Lifesync, which generates annual sales of approximately $100 million, will be added to Amphenol’s harsh environment solutions segment.
According to a LinkedIn post by LifeSync CEO Bob Buehler, Amphenol “continues to expand in high-growth medical and connectivity markets, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and industry leadership.”
Buehler said, “This marks an incredible milestone in our journey and a testament to the hard work of our dedicated team, who have built a strong, innovative business focused on improving patient care.
“From the start, our mission has been to make more and better patient connections, ensuring that healthcare providers have the tools they need to deliver safer, more efficient care. Becoming part of Amphenol strengthens that commitment and provides even greater opportunities to expand our impact.”
