American Academy of Cardiovascular Sleep Medicine 1st Full Membership Conference (Chronic Care)

The American Academy of Cardiovascular Sleep Medicine (AACSM) will host its first full membership meeting in fall 2016. The meeting will center around the theme of Sleep Disorders and Chronic Care: Integrative Solutions to the Public Healthcare Crisis.
With the help of the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines, Chronic Care 2016 will call on seven of the top medical and dental experts to propose integrative, collaborative solutions to the co-morbid conditions of this public healthcare crisis. At the end of the conference, we will have a panel discussion to bring your clinical question to the table.
